Hi, I am working on a Data matching project that requires the results to be transformed into an user-defined coordinate system. When running the optimization process I get convergence in the variables I introduce but when comparing the experimental data with the result of the simulation there is a huge difference both in values and behaviour of the curve. I am not sure if when Isight is running the simulations is transforming the results into the user-defined coordinate system.

Did anyone here have that issue? Any piece of advice? Thanks!!
