Design Optimization and Static Study

We are trying to optimize a parametric designed part according to his maximal stress.

Parametric study allows us to have a DoE approach. On CATIA we were using Design Optimization in order to use optimization algorithms like 'Simulated annealing'. 

In our attempt to do it on 3DExperience, we are able to use Design Optimization in order to optimize based only on geometry (minimize weight or surface according to length, thickness). Nonetheless, it seems difficult to link Design Optimization with Maximal Stress sensors form our static study. It appears like maximal stress sensors does not update on itération. 

Has anybody encounters such difficulties.
