What should I do to get the wear volume between the two blocks

I used the difference in EVOL to get the volume, but it seems to wrong. There is no linear relationship between the difference and CWEAR.

In addition, as the CWEAR increases, the two blocks penetrate each other. I don't know if this is supposed to happen.
