Hi,

I am going to model the draain-source channel of a MOSFET using voltage-dependent resistor model as Spice model in CST. But when I try to import thid Spice model into CST and run the simulation, I face the error that CST could not recognized expression. The Spice model is only works when I replace resistor with an equalivaletn current source. Although this modification help me to run a DC/AC Converter, but AC/DC coverter cretas very hugh grid current with current-source basd Spice model. I would be really appreciated if some one has an idea how to solve this issue/?
