I'm trying to retrieve my license when I open CST Studio Suite  Learning Edition for the first time but having error messages. I had tried un-install and re-install as well as by using ethernet and wi-fi, but still, I'm getting the same messages.

I accepted the terms and conditions, and downloaded the installer and typed my email address to install. Am I right about this part? Thank you for your support.
