I am trying to use the following result template in CST Studio Suite 2022:

Optical -> Calculate confinement factor and mode area (see image)
How are the confinement factors defined for the different options ["Power", "E-Energy", "H-Energy", "Gain", "Eff. Mode Area (Poynting)", "Eff. Mode Area (E-Field^2)"]?
