I am currently working on reproducing a dielectric metasurface described in the attached article using CST Studio Suite 2025, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance regarding the simulation settings.

I have attached screenshots of my current CST Studio Suite  settings, along with the article I am attempting to reproduce. I would be very grateful if you could take a look at the settings and advise me on whether they are appropriate or if any adjustments are necessary.
