The app I use is CST Studio Suite 2022

I've finished the simulation of a resonate coil, while getting the Q-value from the following path (as showed in picture 1), I was warned with error (as showed in picture 2), and the error remained after I exported a plot-data file to the path in picture 2.

I'm disturbed ,what's the solution to this problem?
