I have been using the thermal and mechanical solver in CST Studio Suite and perform a sensitivity analysis for a heated and deformed device, however we got “….non-physical results in "S-Parameter Mech. Disp””, this is mentioned in the help, but we would like to know why this led to it and how to mitigate this undesired result. Please see below what we mean:
