I want to put a solid shape on top of another solid shape without any intersection or gap between them ie a smooth bind.

I have a tangent ogive shape of material 1 & I want to to put 4 strips of another material on the corners of the surface but its always intersecting or some gaps remain between them. The strips should just touch the tangent ogive shape like in the Fig.1. But what I am able to design is as shown in Fig.2. Can anybody help me out to obtain the required design in CST 2020 MWS? As it can be seen from the 2nd figure (my design), it has some intersections or gaps which I want to avoid. Please help me out. Thanks
