Hello,
I am trying to activate the Learning Edition of CST Studio Suite , but I am unable to retrieve a valid license.
I successfully downloaded and installed CST Studio Suite Learning Edition (both the 2025 and 2024 versions) from the official Dassault Systèmes software portal. However, when I open the software, it asks me to enter my email address to retrieve a license file.
After entering my email address, the software attempts to retrieve the license but then shows the message: "License file is not valid".
I have already tried the following steps:
* Installed both CST Studio Suite 2025 Learning Edition and 2024 Learning Edition
* Used both my personal Gmail address and my university email address
* Reinstalled the software and ran it as administrator
* Ensured I am logged into my 3DEXPERIENCE account
* Checked that my internet connection is working
Despite this, the same error appears every time after a few seconds.
Could you please check if my account is properly enabled for the CST Studio Suite Learning Edition license?
