Hi, suppose I have an antenna, say rectangular patch or horn antenna, and now I simulate it using FD solver and get the desired S11 as well as far-field radiation pattern. I know how to use a parametric sweep and manually rotate the antenna by defining a scan angle variable and using the rotate function. But how can I get far field results for a range of antenna scan angles from 0deg to 90deg at a step of, say, 5 deg without manually rotating the antenna? Is there a way to do that? Also, is it possible to do multiple scans using a Near-field source replacing the actual antenna? If so, please let me know the detailed process. Thanks.
