I want to measure the maximum electric field strength in a microstrip filter. In meshing properties, I am using "automatic". At desired frequency, I added the electric field monitor. I noticed that electric field strength depends on the number of tetrahedrons. Higher the tetrahedron, the higher the electric field strength. So for the same device, with a different number of tetrahedrons, we get different values of the electric field. So I want to know how accurately we can compute the electric field.
