CST 2025 Learning Edition - Error code 500 (Assistance needed with activation)

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a university student and I am currently having some trouble activating my CST 2025 Learning Edition. I had successfully installed and used it back in April, but since Thursday, the software keeps giving me an "Error code: 500" when I try to enter my email and MAC ID.

I wanted to mention that I have already tried a completely clean reinstall (including deleting the %appdata% and Local folders). I also tested different network connections (mobile hotspot, USB tethering) just to be sure, but the issue persists. My 3DEXPERIENCE ID login works perfectly on the web portal.

I would really appreciate your help, as I need the software for my upcoming exams. Could you kindly provide me with a manual license.dat file or reset my license token?
