I am trying to study the section of a hollow beam in several locations. The beam is presented in the picture "hollow_beam.png". I would like to be able to extract a section from this geometry and then compute its properties. To do so, I began by partitioning my geometry with a datum plane. After this step, I have a partition-cell which is illustrated (in red) in the picture "beam_partition.png". To determine the properties of this section, I would like to transform this partition-cell into a sketch (or a Part) that I will mesh to compute the section's characteristics. How can I do this ?
