There are two metal slabs in contact with each other, with 1 being a lot hotter than the other . All faces are adiabatic, except the faces of the two metals which are contact with each other (I have specified a interaction with a thermal coefficient on that interface). My goal is to run this model and capture the transient effects of the heat transfer between the hot and cold surfaces, and see the temperature distribution at specific times. When I run the model, I get the error, “Too many attempts made for this increment” after the first increment.
