Consistency in results for multi-processor runs

Hello All,

I am running explicit simulation of seismic analysis of free-standing (unanchored) cylindrical body (steel) on top of concrete pad. Ground motion is applied at the base of the pad. Everything is elastic. Frictional Contact is defined between the body and the pad. However, I get very different results when i run the same input file with different number of CPUs. I have tried running double precision, but to no avail.

I did a similar simulation in LS-DYNA. LS-DYNA allows to input ("ncpus") number of cpus as negative value (eg: ncpu = -8), which activates consistency flag and gives identical results irrespective of number of cpus used. "This is done by requiring that all contributions to global vectors be summed in a precise order independently of the number of processors used" - LSDYNA manual.

Is there something similar flag in ABAQUS, that I can use to get consistent results? I would be very grateful if someone can help me with this issue, as I don't want to give up on my ABAQUS model.

Thank you for your help.
