Hello everybody,

I have a 3DPart and I want to clamp a "small area" of the upper surface of this 3DPart (not the entire upper surface, you can see what I want to clamp in blue on the attached file).

i do not want to do a partition of the 3DPart because it brings me other issues that i do not want to have.

I projected the curves of this small area in the mesh of my 3DPart but, anyway, when I put a clamp on this small area, I get the error message saying that the support I selected for the clamp is not associated with any mesh (it seems logical because it has no proper mesh, only the edges were projected).

Does anybody know how to make SIMULIA recognize this small area as a support of mesh so I can clamp it?
