I have installed ABAQUS/CAE student version 2020 but I have a problem, after installing the program I am not able to use it. I am sending you a screenshot of the program, if you may help me with this ( I am not able to creat any models because the screen stays white all the time). 

It does not show any error message. I have installed and uninstalled it a few times and there is still the same problem.
