I am modelling single point cutting of V-grooves. I am cutting with a depth of 21 microns so my mesh is very fine (1.5x 2.5 x 2.5 microns). My simulation is taking days and not even showing chip formation. I was thinking that maybe i could use axisymmetry. Is it possible?
