An alternative for Tie Constraint?

I have a big model and I have to divide it into 4 parts since I like to have small element in one part where the area is the study focus. I am using tie constraint (surface)to tie them together. For each part, I am using structured 3D cube elements C3D8P. Due to mismatch of nodes in different parts, there are stress concentrations around mismatched nodes. Please see the attached images. I am wondering if there is an alternative solution to tie them together rather than using TIE constraints and minimize these stress concentrations around mismatched nodes. I heard MPC might work butI was also told it might not offer any advantage over TIE. What do you think? Any idea would be appreciated. Thank you so much for your help.
