Hello,

My name is Joseph Parry and I am a master’s student at Imperial College London in the Bioengineering department. I am currently using Abaqus Learning Edition to complete my master’s project, I’m creating a computational model of human bone fracture healing when under mechanical stimuli. I’m looking for evidence to show that early mechanical stress can be beneficial to the healing outcome.

I’m making this post because I’m having an issue and was wondering what my options are. The issue is that the Learning Edition has a node limit of 1000, I require a higher node limit to complete my project. I’ve been in touch with the ICT support, Student Office and Head of the department about this issue.

I’m wondering if it’d be possible to gain access to the Teaching Edition or Standard Edition for the next 60 days whilst I complete my project, it is due on the 5th of September.

Any advice and guidance for a solution to my problem would be appreciated.
