I am working on a drop simulation where the main material of the model is a nonlinear PRF (one* hyperelastic plus two *viscoelastic nonlinear with power law). This material hits the ground and deforms. I use C3D10M to mesh this material and get almost ALLAE/ALLSE=3% when ALLSE is at its maximum. ALLAE continues to rise until it becomes 10% of the Total energy when I stop the simulation. I narrowed down the reason of large ALLAE to that PRF material and when I change that PRF material to a hyperelastic, the artificial energy goes away. How can I make sure I am getting correct results with this PRF material?
