Abaqus Temperature Displacement Analysis

Hello, Abaqus users

I'm trying to see stress and heat transfer by heat sources in a cabinet.


Part: Single Structure Domain, Deformable

Property: ABS including density, elastic, plastic, expansion, conductivity and specific heat

Step: Dynamic, Implicit (5 secs)

Field Output Request: basic request + NT and TEMP

Interaction: None

Load: Gravity(downward), Encastre(bottom plate), Heat sources(150, 80, 50 and etc)


I have few questions about the following results.

First 6 pictures shows displacement. 7th picture is NT11, and 8th picture is TEMP


1st pic(0 sec, frame 0), 2nd pic(1.7396E-03 sec, frame 14), 3rd pic(5.5252E-03 sec, frame 16)

4th pic(1.1784E-02 sec, frame 17), 5th pic(9.8398E-02 sec, frame 21), 6th pic(0.2582 sec, frame 22)

then inside thingy keeps falling by 5 secs.


It looks alright by 2nd picture cuz it shows how the heat diffuses away from the heat source

3rd and 4th pics... okay...

From 5th, the red inside which I never designed(it seems like auto-generated fluid domain? idk...), starts to fall along with the gravity direction.

NT11 and TEMP results don't change over time but fall.

S result shows the stress applied to the red inside..and it falls

I wonder 1) what is the red inside, 2) why the thing was automatically made, 3) why this is falling and 4) how I can stop this falling over the cabinet.

and....one more thing!

6) Is Dynamic, Implicit step right to choose to see stress and temperature diffusion by heat sources?
