We are experiencing an issue with a user (possibly two) at the moment who are using Abaqus and getting the attached error.

I am not at all familiar with the software however, the user has provided me with the steps they are following in order to recreate the issue and I have managed to get the same thing too.

This issue is only happening in our Azure Virtual Desktop and not on the physical lab computers that have Abaqus installed.

Please can you tell me if you are familiar with this and what you think the software may be trying to communicate with. It has managed to check out a license OK from the license server, so I am not sure what the issue relates to.

Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.
