Hi everyone. Happy New Year.

It's just out of curiosity that I am asking in what programming language is ABAQUS written. I feel mostly FORTRAN, but I doubt if there is any c++ included in the solvers and other Finite element aspects. For UI and other postprocessing - I understand it must be c++. But anyone knows if all the codebase is managed in FORTRAN or did they switch entirely to C++ in the late 90's due to large codebase !

Sorry if it is irrelevant in this form. But I wanted to know in which language is this giant software written in....
