Dear all,
I'm trying to run a buckling analysis of a plate (modelled in shell elements). The load is some inertial accelerations (plate + point mass connected to the plate).
It looks like i can get the critical buckling stress of a plate using a basic load (like some pure compression).
But what about a more complex load ? How can i actually know what part of the global load the solver actually considers as compression ?
Is there a specific criterion to know if the plate had buckle under a complex load or not ?
Many thanks
Gaël
