I am performing an analysis on a human skull (.STEP) which I have Imported to Abaqus. but during analysis, it is showing errors that 

THE SURFACE ASSEMBLY_mandibel with hole-1_SURF-1 HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED.

NODE SET ASSEMBLY_mandibel with hole-1_SET-2 HAS NOT BEEN DEFINED

A BOUNDARY CONDITION HAS BEEN SPECIFIED ON NODE SET ASSEMBLY_mandibel with hole-1_SET-2 BUT THIS NODE SET IS NOT ACTIVE IN THE MODEL

and many more for created surface and Set over the human skull. 

Please help.
