Dear all!

I am simulating a compression test of a gyroid structure using porous elastic material properties. I have used Soils transient as my analysis step, but after few increments the simulation gets stuck at a particular step time and keep repeating at that time. After looking at the message file I can see the following warning message multiple times, which I think as the cause for inconvergence in my simulation.

***WARNING: THERE IS ZERO VOL. FLUX EVERYWHERE IN THE MODEL BASED ON THE DEFAULT CRITERION. PLEASE CHECK THE VALUE OF THE AVERAGE VOL. FLUX DURING THE CURRENT ITERATION TO VERIFY THAT THE VOL. FLUX IS SMALL ENOUGH TO BE TREATED AS ZERO. IF NOT, PLEASE USE THE SOLUTION CONTROLS TO RESET THE CRITERION FOR ZERO VOL. FLUX.

Could anyone please help me with converging my simulation?
