The error that I get in text document is;

Method used;

So, it has two files viz; .inp and .f

I used abaqus job=job-name user={source-file | object-file}  to run the files in abaqus command box

Note: I made the necessary changes asked for in .inp file as mentioned in the example. Please suggest!

I have tried several things but the example problem itself doesn't run. Please help!
