I simulated a bilayer model; one layer is elastic and the other one is plastic. I fixed one end and applied displacement to the other side. But when the plastic layer yields, the bilayer starts to bend. If I deactivated the reduced integration, this issue would be solved, but I cannot do this since we want the bilayer bends in the next step and deactivating the reduced integration makes it stiff. Is there any solution?
