Please tell me about the cohesive elements in Abaqus.

In YouTube videos, it is often explained how to set up the material. For the Elastic type, it is set to "Traction" and data such as E/Enn, G1/Ess, and G2/Ett are input. For Max Damage, the following data is entered: Nominal Stress Normal-only Mode, Nominal Stress First Direction, and Nominal Stress Second Direction. The Damage Evolution Type is set to "Energy," and Fracture Energy is entered.

Can you explain what each of these functions and data mean? What are the units for each?

Are there any material properties or websites to refer to when entering data?

Regarding mesh size, what is the recommended ratio to use when generating the mesh? I’ve noticed that the cohesive material degrades at different speeds depending on the mesh size. Could this be due to incorrect material settings? If so, what settings should I apply?
