I am wondering whether it is possible to reconstruct the CAE file or at least the geometry from *.inp file?

For example, i would like to perform different operations on the Abaqus example from the link below

Abaqus Example Problems Guide (2016)

Otherwise, are there CAE geometries offered for free by Abaqus or its associates? Preferably, from the Automobile and Aeronautical industry.
