Hi,

I am using Abaqus on my Notebook and at home I wanna use a second monitor. But some dialogs don't show up when a second monitor is plugged in. (For example "Create Section" etc)

It doesn't even work if I use the second screen as main screen or if I only use the second screen. So Abaqus just works completely right on Laptop without a second monitor plugged in.

Does anyone had the same problem and maybe got a solution for this?

Edit: I think the reason is that the second screen got a different resolution. My Laptop got 4k and monitor just HD, when I turn down the resolution on Notebook to HD it works fine (the dialogs open on first screen while program is open on second but that's not a big problem). It's annoying to switch the resolution every time I wanna work on second screen...

If anyone knows a solution without turning down the resolution or buying a 4k monitor I would be very thankful!
