abaqus C(kinematic hardening parameter)temperature dependent interpolation

  • I am a postgraduate, recently, when i use Abaqus-2020 to simulate a simple cube Model plasticity strain-stress relationship under expand induced by temperature rise, and confused by a problem. The constitutive relationship i choosed is linear kinematic, there is only one material factor(C,kinematic hardening parameter) i need to self define in Abaqus GUI, the physical meaning of C is slope of stress-plasticity strain.the temperature field i set is transforming from 20 to 200.expension coeff is 1e-5. C is setting as a temperature-dependent data, when temp is 20 C is 100000,when temp is 200 C is 50000.yield stress is setting as 120,young's modulus is 195600,poisson's ratio is 0.294 both temperature-independent data.Simulation is easy(my inp file is available if anyone needed), but the result is out of my expected.I extract the stress-plasticity strain relationship curve calculated by Abaqus, and draw the relationship of slope of curve and temperature. In theory, when temperature is 200 the C must be 50000,but it did not come up!!! and according to Abaqus's documentation, the material data dependent on field variables(including temperature) is interpolated by linear relationship, but the C-Temperature graph i draw have little nonlinearity!!!
  • i need help,i need more information about C-temperature relationship.welcome to any useful advises!
