Hello, I am trying to model a beam prestressed with 16 CFRP strands.

1. The objective of modeling the beam in Abaqus is to find the longitudinal and transverse strains and to identify the splitting cracks in the cross-section as observed after the de-tensioning of strands.
2. The problem is how I can model the sequence of detention of each strand. In my view, when strand 1 is cut, it behaves like a point load and develops strain and stresses in concrete and is similar for all other 15 strands. On-site, we observe the splitting cracks at the end of the beam soon after the release of strands and I really need to model those splitting cracks. 
3. Do I start this modeling on a static step or dynamic explicit?
4. Please explain the proper interaction between concrete and CFRP strands.
