3DX Durability Engineer Fatigue Loading Differences

Hi, I was working with the 3DX Durability Engineer and I am not sure on which type of fatigue loading should be used on what scenario.

 

Should I use Sequence of frames when I calculate Low-Cycle Fatigue as it seems to consider the plasticity of the model?

Or is it also ok to use Superposition to calculate Low-Cycle Fatigue?

If so, then what's the main differences between these two loading options?
