In the Project Management (DPM license) module, I can currently track man-hours at the task or project level.

However, I would like to understand how to track labor (man-hours) independent of projects. Is it possible to track my workforce without opening a task on the platform?

Also, how can I enter and track budget data for annual budgeting activities across the organization that are not tied to a project?
Is there a specific ENOVIA role, license package, or 3DEXPERIENCE application that you would recommend to enable this functionality?
