CA is being rejected.

For the Designer to be able to perform “Work Under Change,” being the VPMReference owner is not sufficient.

For Work Under Change, they must have one of the following roles: CS owner/Leader/Administrator.

Consider the scenario where the CS owner/Leader/Administrator is only part of the PLM team.

CA processes will be lengthy and tedious.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter?
