In Variant Configuration Central, we can connect only one top part to the Product Configuration and hence we can generate only one EBOM out of a Product Configuration. I want to understand why it is just only one EBOM and not more than one EBOM from the same configuration.

Especially, when we have Standard Product Configuration, the expectation is to create more than one EBOM from the same Configuration. Here, we can resolve the Part selection conflicts for the selected (Logical) features of Configuration manually (or creating new parts) during the particular EBOM generation. Hence, why not to allow more EBOM generations from the same standard Product Configuration.
