When I try to access the Help repository on CLOUD out of Enovia from Dashboard view or different App's, I always get diverted to "https://eu1.iam.3dexperience.3ds.com/3DPassport/my-profile".

I have tried to work in the "In Private" mode in my browser, however remains the same, what's happening, and what should I change/do?
