To simplify a Change Action for releasing or change, it would be nice for the customer to use predefined user groups as "Assignee", "Approver" or "Informed User". Today, only for "Approver" a predefined "Route" can be used. "Assignee" and "Informed User" do not support any "Route" or "User Group" by default.

Is there a way to use these existing "tools" or an alternative to predefine users for a standardized workflow?
