Even though the collab space is selected via the widget preferences it is not directly displayed to the users unless they hover their mouse over the cloud.

This is not a natural process when creating data and is detached from the data creation and as such it is very easy for users to create data in the wrong CS.

What is required is a way to make the user think about the CS every time they create new data in the platform.
When creating something in the platform there needs to be an attribute (Drop down list of all the CS’s available to the user) that is initially blank and mandatory, to force users to think about selecting the correct CS each time. This would very quickly eradicate the need to keep switching web widgets to the correct CS and easily prevent data being created in the wrong CS as the user must give consideration to the options.
