Hi, a lot of our customers use the native App´s like CATIA, DELMIA, ... To configure this apps to the individual needs, setting files are generated. With a new release, this settings are enhanced, so it´s neccesary to map the old configuration to the new settings. Up to now, their is no "Upgrade tool" available, so it tooks a lot of manual work (appr. 2 days) and a risk of mistakes, that influence the work of a lot (sometimes > 120) users. 

Actual we only find a description of expoert and import, but this scenario don´t ensure the upgrade and data integrety of the new settings.
