Unable to connect to the server when launching SOLIDWORKS, SolidEdge, Inventor Connectors Connector. The customer is using 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Cloud applications, assigned roles of Collaborative Designer for SOLIDWORKS, Collaborative Designer for SolidEdge, Collaborative Designer for Inventor.

The connectors have been installed properly but when launching the design application getting an error message of "Connection with 3DEXPERIENCE Failed"

Please guide me on what needs to change from the server side or what should be the corrective action.
