I am managing a 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with approximately 250 users. When an employee leaves the organization, I need to transfer all permissions, active tasks, and any other assigned PLM objects from that user to another team member.
I am aware of the “Absence Delegate” feature; however, my understanding is that it only works for specific date ranges and may not apply to users who have permanently left the company.
Could you advise on the proper method to reassign all tasks and responsibilities of user X to user Y within the PLM system, ensuring that user Y becomes assigned to all active tasks previously owned by user X?
