Hello,

When I create a Change Request with a user who hasn't a Change Manager(CHG) Role, I can create it. However, when the same user wants to add a route template on the change request, I get an error about the license requirement.

The User Security Context

XXX_Company.XXX_CS.Leader

I didn't understand that the user could create a change request, but to add a route template on the change request, the user needs a change manager license.

Is there any way for adding a route template on a change request without having Change Manager Role?
