1. When I import a .step file into 3DEXPERIENCE (R2022XFD06), the system shows success but there is no data model and the data node is empty.

2. When I convert the .step file to .3dxml using other software, I can open it with 3DEXPERIENCE.

Can anyone explain this issue? Please see the attached video for more details.
