Template / Categorize / Classification of CA

in our actual project the users creates more an more CA, sometimes with a short workflow, sometime with a complex workflow. Also using CA for different areas, like document change, mechanical changes, ... It would be very helpfully to better manager the overview about all running CA´s, if it´s possible to categorize or to classify the CA or using templates (i.e. like the classification of Issues, see attached picture).
