I am the owner of this task; I created two approval routes and one "notification only" route; now that the task is approved but the route is still in "Frozen" state and it won't move to "Released" state. I clicked on the Promote button and got the following error message:

Promoteion Failed.

Please create an Approval Route before releasing the object.

How come? What can I do? Thanks. --Susan
